Genae A. Johnson, CPA,
attended college at the American University in
Paris and graduated with a B.S. in Business
Administration from the University of Vermont. She
has over fifteen years of business experience. Her
professional public accounting experience was
gained in both a medium sized accounting firm and a
"Big Six" accounting firm where she was an audit
supervisor. She was the controller of a large
Boston architectural firm for over six years. Genae
specializes in servicing design and consulting
firms. She is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts
Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Michael A. Conti, CPA, MST, received his
Masters in Taxation from Bentley College. Michael
has over fourteen years of public accounting
experience, gained at regional and "Big Six"
accounting firms. In addition, he worked in the
audit, taxpayer service, and classification
divisions of the Internal Revenue Service's
Mid-Western region. Michael specializes in
servicing personnel placement and consulting firms.
He is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts
Society of Certified Public Accountants.
